摘要
物流管理是目前社会新兴的一种高效管理方法,正确运用物流管理技术,能够有效地控制材料货物成本,在经济发展中起到重要的作用。物流管理以一种进化模式运作适应市场的发展和获利,它属于动态系统,管理领域涉及范围广,包含多个区域和方面。物流管理的实施对于管理者来说是一个较大的挑战。笔者从物流管理的理论知识入手,深入探讨了物流管理系统的复杂性,结合其基本知识和系统特点作了全面的分析,指出并阐明了物流管理的复杂性,最后提供了一些如何有效和高效地应对物流管理复杂性的方法和策略。
As a management methods and advanced management technology, logistics management has been widely considered to be an important source of profits in reducing consumption of goods and materials, and plays an important role in national economic and social development. It is an evolution mode operation to adapt to mar- ket development and obtain profit. Logistics management involves more aspects and the management of regional, while information processing capability is high. It belongs to complex systems and has the characteristic of dynamic. And the complexity is a challenge for logistics manager. The paper first introduced the theory of complex systems in logistics management and research problems, and then introduced some basic knowledge of logistics management, complexity and complex systems. The paper analyzed the features of logistics management and pointed out that logistics management system was a complex system. This thesis shows the possibilities for complexity management on product, process and organization levels. Finally, it also provides some methods and strategies to manage logistics complexity effectively and efficiently.
