摘要
本文根据某饲料企业生产监控管理系统的应用现状及技术开发要求,设计开发了一套具有独特特点的计算机与PLC总线控制自动配料系统.根据配料系统工艺流程以及流量控制方式及过程完成了系统的软硬件总体结构设计,详细讲述了PLC饲料生产系统远程管理系统以及现场控制软件的主要设计过程。
A set of unique features of the computer and PLC bus control automatic batching system is designed based on the present situation of application and technical development requirements of production control and management system of a feed enterprise in this paper. According to the batching system process and flow control mode and the general structure design of the hardware and software, the design process of variable frequency control PLC hatching system hardware setting, parameter setting and system software is described in detail.
