摘要
目的 :总结同种异体血管移植建立血液透析血管通路的护理体会。方法 :为 10例自身血管条件差和 (或 )自身血管耗竭的患者行血管移植术建立动静脉内瘘。结果 :行上肢前臂腕部桡动脉与肘静脉直形血管移植 6例 ,行肘部桡动脉起始部与肘部静脉“U”形移植 2例 ,下肢股动静脉“U”形移植 2例。吻合成功开放血流后移植血管均可触及震颤 ,说明移植血管血流良好。结论 :血管去抗原与保存方法处理尸体股动脉 ,为自身血管条件差和 (或 )自身血管耗竭的慢性透析患者实施移植血管动静脉内瘘是一种新的血管内瘘建立方法。
Objective:Conclude about nursing experience of hemodialysis path built by allogenic vaso transplantation Method:Construct arterio venous fistula by vaso transplantation over 10 patients with poor vaso condition Result:6 cases carpal rad- ial artery and cubital veins vaso transplantation;2 cases “U” shaped vaso transplantation of cubital radial artery and cubital veins,2 cases femoral artery and vein,“U” shaped transplantation all with good blood flux through suture part Conclusion:Deantigen and preservation of femoral artery from body can provide new method to build hemodialysis path by allogenic vaso transplantation
