本文论述了资源性资产评估在国有企业改革中的重要性 ,介绍了资源性资产的特殊性及市场比较法在资源性资产评估中的运用。
This paper discusses the importance of the appraisal of resource assets in the reform of state-owned enterprises, and introduces the particularity of resource assets and the application of market comparison method in the above appraisal.
