摘要
目的:探讨采用中西医结合的方法治疗烧伤残余创面的临床疗效。方法:将所有就诊于医院的烧伤残余创面住院患者共60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各30例,所有患者均接受基础治疗,包括对症抗感染,营养支持治疗等。对照组在无菌清创之后采用外用表皮生长因子以及湿润烧伤膏的方法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自制中药复方生肌液外敷,每日2次,疗程均为30 d,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.05),此外,在改善伤口的疼痛方面治疗组与明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组的细菌培养阳性率明显低于对照组,对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),疗程结束后治疗组的创面愈合瘢痕发生率明显低于对照组,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的综合治疗方案治疗烧伤残余创面,充分发挥中医优势,可提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy for the integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of residual burn wounds. Method : A total of 60 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 30 in each group. All patients received basic treatment, including symptomatic anti - infection, nutrition support therapy. Control group after aseptic debridement used topical epidermal growth factor MEBO treatment, and the treatment group on this ba- sis added the homemade herbal compound Shengjiye topically, twice a day, the course of treatment was 30 days. The effects were observed after treatment. Results : The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), and wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05). In addition, the treatment group~ improvement of wound pain was significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0. 05). After treatment, the treatment group's bacteria culture positive rate was significantly lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). The wound healing scar in the treatment group was signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group, with the control statistical significance ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion : IntegrativeChinese and Western medicine treatment of residual burn wounds, gives full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine, may improve the clinical efficacy, and should be widely applied.
