摘要
目的观察盐酸左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将108例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组54例用盐酸左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗,对照组54例单用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗。6周为1疗程,观察其症状体征、临床疗效及不良反应。3个月后随访慢性荨麻疹复发情况。结果两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.11,P<0.05),说明治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组;两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.38,P>0.05);停药2周后随访,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.37,P>0.05);停药3个月后随访,两组复发率比较,差异有计学意义(χ2=3.97,P<0.05)。结论左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,远期复发率低,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of levocetirizine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided in- to two groups with 54 cases in each and in the treatment group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochlofide com- bined with montelukast sodium,while in control group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride alone, 6 weeks as 1 course of treatment,the symptoms and signs, clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were compared.After 3 months, observed the recurrence of chronic urticaria. Results The cure rate of the two groups was significant different （~2=5.11 ,P 〈 0.05）,showed that the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions（X^2=0.38 ,P 〉 0.05）;after stopping the treatment 2 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in recurrence rate（X^2=-1.37 ,P 〉 0.05）; After stopping the treatment 3 months,the recurrence rate of the two groups was significant different （X^2=3.97 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of levocetirizine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic urticaria is distinct ,the long-term recurrence rate is low, and it＇s worthy of popularization and application.
