摘要
首钢京唐公司大型高炉热风炉倒炉和焦炉换向加热时管网压力波动幅度大,导致高炉煤气放散率很高,分析认为其主要原因在于单座高炉煤气柜并网运行条件下煤气瞬时缓冲能力不足。采取2座高炉煤气柜全天候同时并网运行,最大程度上发挥了现有煤气柜在稳定管网压力和平衡煤气阶段性盈亏等方面的功能,有效地减少了因管网压力波动引起的高炉煤气放散。
The fluctuation of pipeline pressure was very high in Shougang JingTang Iron Steel United Co.,Ltd when hot blast stoves of large blast furnaces ran alternately and coke ovens were heated reversely,that resulted in higher ratio of blast furnace gas bleeding.Analysis showed that the main reason was the shortage of instantaneous buffer ability under the interconnection running of gas tank of single blast furnace.By adopting the way of interconnection running of gas tanks of two blast furnaces,the functions of gas tanks in stabilizing pipeline pressureand balancing gas producing amount and consumption were implemented to a great extent.The ratio of gas bleeding caused by fluctuation of pipeline pressure was reduced effectively.
