摘要
目的:探讨细辛脑注射剂致不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2010年1月～2012年12月间有关细辛脑注射剂的50例ADR报告进行归类分析。结果:用药患者以儿童居多,平均年龄18.56岁;在静脉点滴过程中发生ADR的占总例数的68.00%;发生严重不良反应的占12.00%;单独用药发生ADR的报告占80.00%;既往药物过敏史不详的占72.00%;家族药物过敏史不详的占74.00%。结论:细辛脑注射剂所致的临床ADR应引起高度重视,提高临床合理用药水平,严密监测用药过程,预防严重不良反应发生。
Objective：To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by asarone injection.To provide references for rational use of clinical drug.Methods：Fifty ADR cases caused by asarone injection reported from January 2010 to December 2012 are classified and analyzed.Results：Most of the patients treated with the drug were children,and the average age was 18.56 years.ADR appearing within intravenous drip accounted for 68.00% of the total number of cases.The ADR reports of single medication accounted for 80.00%,serious adverse drug reactions accounted for 12.5%,unknowing personal atopic history accounted for 72.00%,unknowing family atopic history accounted for 74.00% of the total number of cases.Conclusion：ADR caused by asarone injection should lead to clinical attention.To improve the clinical level of rational drug use.Asarone injection should be used with more caution and exact monitoring.To prevent serious adverse drug reactions.To ensure the safety of clinical drug.
