弥散加权成像的灌注因子图研究及临床应用

摘要 目的:研究灌注因子(f-map)成像在辅助临床诊疗中的应用。方法:通过小鼠试验和临床病例,基于对f-map成像分析结果和临床病理诊断结果的对比,来探索f-map在实际临床中的应用。结果:发现f-map在血管成像和脑梗内部受损结构的观察上有一定作用.结论:作为一种代替造影剂和电离辐射的成像方法,f-map有一定临床诊断价值。 Objective: To discover the application of perfusion fraction map (f-map) in clinical diagnose. Methods: By the comparing of f-map imaging results and clinical pathology results based on mouse experiments and clinical patients, to find the clinical applica- tion of f-map. Results: F-map could achieve vessel imaging and the damaged structure of brain infarction. Conclusion: As a substitu- tion of contrast and ionizing radiation, f-map has its own advantages.
