摘要
目的 探索临床简便易行的动脉粥样硬化早期诊断方法。方法 应用 99m Tc- LDL SPECT显像及彩色多普勒 B超对 2 5例病人进行了血管显像及血管检查。结果 静脉注射 99m Tc- L DL ,2 4 h动脉粥样硬化灶显示良好 ,2 5例病人中有 1 9例可见到沿血管走行的放射性异常聚集区 ,共检出病变部位 47个。应用彩色多普勒血流图像及两维超声检查 ,共检出病变部位 30个。结论 99m Tc- LDLSPECT显像及彩色多普勒 B超双工扫描均不失为一种安全无创伤的动脉粥样硬化早期诊断的方法 ,但 99m Tc- LDL SPECT显像能更早期的对动脉粥样硬化进行诊断。
Objective Compare the efficacy of 99m Tc LDL SPECT imaging and colour doppler B mode ultrasonography to image and detect the athersclerotic pathology of the blood vessel.Methods Intravenous injection of 99m Tc LDL and 24 hours atherosclerotic plaques were observed and compared with colour doppler β mode ultrasonography.Results 19 cases in 25 atherosclerosis patients revealed radioabnormal accumulatin figure along the vessels,47 pathological foci were detected.There were 30 pathological foci had been detected by using colour doppler and B mode ultrasonography.Conclusions 99m Tc LDL SPECT imaging and colour doppler B mode ultrasonography were safe,non invasive and effective for the diagnositic confirmation of the conditions of atherosclerosis,but 99m Tc LDL SPECT imaging is more striking for the early diagnosis.
