摘要
以7-羟基香豆素为原料,经过酸化等反应合成具有羧酸基的香豆素衍生物,在4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)/N,N-二环乙基碳二亚胺(DCC)催化作用下,与聚乙烯醇(PVA)酯化反应合成了聚乙烯醇-香豆素聚合物。通过紫外分光光谱和傅里叶转变红外光谱,分别研究了聚合物溶液与薄膜在交联过程与解交联过程中的变化。结果表明,PVA-香豆素聚合物具有光可逆的性质,溶液状态下光交联速率常数比解交联速率常数大1个数量级;在薄膜状态下,交联速度随温度的升高、时间的延长而增加,与溶液状态下所不同的是,膜状态下的解交联速度更为缓慢,升高温度有利于解交联程度的增加。
Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) bearing coumarin was synthesized by esterification between hydroxyl of PVA and 7-carboxylmethoxycoumarin,using 4-dimethylamiopryidine(DMAP) and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as catalysts.The double bond changes of solution and polymer film during the progress of photocrosslink and photocleavage were studied by UV-vis spectra and FT-IR,respectively.The results show that polyvinyl alcohol bearing coumarin has the property of photoreversible,the photocrosslink rate is 10 times greater than photocleavage rate in solution.In the polymer film state,the photocrosslink rate of double bond is improved with temperature and time increasing.The photocleavage rate in polymer film state is slower than that in solution,and higher temperature is always helpful for the photocleavage property.
