摘要 针对数字信息管理系统在现代医疗体系中不断暴露出的信息安全问题,提出了一种基于Arnold置乱变换和DCT的医学图像鲁棒水印算法。首先利用置乱技术对所要加入的水印信息进行加密预处理,再与图像的视觉特征向量相结合,通过hash函数生成一个二值逻辑系列,将该序列作为密钥,存储在第三方以获得原图像的所有权。不需要人为地选取感兴趣区域,不受容量大小的限制,水印的提取也不需要原始医学图像的参与,从而解决了水印嵌入、提取的安全性和快捷性问题。仿真结果表明,该算法实现简单,具有很理想的鲁棒性和不可见性。与其他算法相比,实用性更强。 Digital information management system has played an increasingly important role in modern health care system. However, the information security issues are exposed gradually. This paper put forward a robust watermarking algorithm for medical image based on Arnold scrambling transform and DCT. Firstly, it employed the Arnold scrambling to preprocess on original watermarking, and then combined the image visual feature vector, generated a binary logic series through the hash function, used the sequence as a key, lastly, stored it in a third party to obtain ownership of the original image. Without the sophisticated process to finding the region of interest (ROI) of medical images, regardless of size limitation and could be ex- tracted without the original medical image. Therefore, watermarking could be extracted and embedded more safer and faster. The experimental results show that the algorithm is simple and has satisfactory robustness and invisibility. Compared with other algorithms, it has been more practically.
