三维斜置表面裂纹应力强度因子边界元计算及分析 被引量:5

CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR FOR INCLINED SEMI-ELLIPTICAL SURFACE CRACK BASED ON BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

摘要 建立半椭圆表面裂纹模型,并借助边界元分析软件FRANC3D计算不同裂纹面网格划分下裂纹前沿不同位置处的应力强度因子,将计算结果与理论解进行比较,分析裂纹面网格划分对计算结果精度的影响,得出最优网格划分;在此基础上计算两种斜置半椭圆表面裂纹前沿不同位置处的应力强度因子,分析斜置角度和椭圆角对裂纹前沿应力强度因子的影响,对工程实际具有参考意义。 Semi-elliptical crack models with different crack surface mesh are established and the stress intensity factors of different locations along crack front are calculated with boundary element analysis software-FRANC3D.The computational results and Newman-Raju results were compared and the effect of mesh technique of crack surface on accuracy of stress intensity factors was analyzed,based on the optimal mesh,the stress intensity factors of two types of inclined semi-elliptical surface crack models are calculated and the effect of inclined angle on stress intensity factors’ calculation is analyzed,this can provide reference for the engineering practical application.
