摘要
用壳聚糖衍生物(CPNP)和溴化银纳米粒子合成了一种新型抗菌材料,通过IR、TGA、SEM、EDS、XRD等对其进行了表征。这种抗菌材料具有很好的水溶性。用最低抑菌浓度和抑菌圈试验对该材料进行了抑菌性能测试,结果表明,该材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有很好的抑制活性。
A novel antibacterial material was prepared by chi-tosan (CTS) derivatives and silver bromide nanoparticles. The synthesized composite samples were characterized by IR, 1 HNMR,TGA, SEM, EDS, XRD methods. The material has a good solubility in water. The antibacterial properties of this material has been studied by the minimal inhibitory concen- tration (MIC) and the inhibition zone test. This material showed a high antibacterial activity and an inhibitory effect on the growth of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
