摘要
目的探讨人体腿部经络光传输特性。方法采用自制的人体经络组织的光传输特性检测系统,对志愿者腿部进行两次测试。结果足少阴肾经,光波沿经线方向传输时都比其旁开1 cm的传输路径衰减得较慢。说明光沿经络方向的传输特性较好。结论使用该系统测量漫射光强度,从而得出相对强度分布,获得不同组织之间散射系数和吸收系数大小的方法是稳定可靠并且是可重复的,这比广泛使用的电阻测量法要优异得多,并且测量更加方便快速,大大减少实验时间,测量漫射光对人体没有任何损害,被测者不会产生不适感。
【Objective】To explore optical transmission property of main and collateral channels in human legs.【Methods】The volunteers' main and collateral channels in legs were detected twice by optical transmission property detection system which developed by ourselves.【Results】In contrast with propagation path of Separated by 1cm,Attenuation of Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot wavefronts traveling in a meridian direction is slower.This indicated that the Optical Transmission property traveling in a meridian direction was more satisfying.【Conclusion】Diffuse light density was detected by this detection system and the relative distribution was obtained.The method used to examine scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of different tissues is stable,reliable and repeatable.This detection system is a rapid,easy and noninvasive detection measurement.It's properties are superior to thetraditional resistanceminute measurement.
