普外科全胃肠外营养患者的护理

摘要 目的探讨普外科全胃肠外营养患者的护理体会。方法选择2010年1月—2012年1月我院普外科术后采用全肠外营养治疗患者80例,比较患者治疗结局,分析护理方法。结果该组80例患者,2例死于多器官功能衰竭,1例死于肺栓塞,1例死于心肌梗死,2例转院,其余患者均痊愈出院。结论肠外营养是普外科术后不能进食患者维持生命及电解质正常的重要手段之一,为减少和防止各种并发症,必须完善和细化整体护理过程,从营养液配置、导管护理、病情的观察及并发症的预防等多个环节减少并发症,维持患者电解质稳定。 Objective To discuss the nursing experience of total parenteral nutrition patients in general surgery depart- ment. Methods Choosed 80 patients treated with total parenteral nutrition from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2012 to compare the out- come and nursing methods. Results There were 2 cases dead of multiple organfailure, 1 cases dead of pulmonary embolism, 2 cases transferred, and the others cureed. Conclusion Parenteral nutrition is general surgery to patients after operation and one of the important means of normal electrolyte to sustain life, to reduce and prevent complications, we must improve and refine the nursing process, from nutrient solution configuration catheter nursing condition observation and prevention of complications and reduce the complications to maintain the electrolyte stability.
