摘要
通过对某县级医院2008—2012年度发生的18起医疗纠纷的原因、纠纷起数变化趋势及科室纠纷分布情况进行分析总结,提出防范医疗纠纷的对策,以提高医疗服务质量,保障患者安全。
The causes of 18 medical disputes, a county hospital in 2008 2012 year occurrence dispute number varia- tion trend and Distribution Department disputes were analyzed and summarized, put forward the countermeasure to prevent medi- cal disputes, in order to improve the medical service quality, patient safety.
