摘要
目的为该院中药注射剂的临床合理使用和加强管理提供参考。方法利用医院信息系统,对该院2011-2012年中药注射剂的使用种类、金额、数量以及不合理使用情况进行统计、分析。结果该院2012年中药注射剂的使用数量和金额较2011年明显增加,尤其是心脑血管类用药。2011年中药注射剂不合理使用率为11.18%(68/608),2012年降至5.22%(33/632)。结论该院中药注射剂用药金额和使用数量增长较快,不合理使用现象存在,应用越来越广泛,应加强管理以确保在使用过程中安全、有效、经济、合理。
Objective To provide reference for rational use and strengthen management of Chinese herbal medicine injection in our hospital. Methods Making use of the hospital information system,the Using type,amount,quantity and unreasonable use of Chinese herbal medicine injection in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed statistically. Results The quantity and amount of Chinese herbal medicine injection in our hospital in 2012 markedly increased Compared with 2011,especially cardiovascular drugs. The irrational use rate of Chinese herbal medicine injection in our hospital was 11. 18% （ 68 / 608） ,which fell to 5. 22% （ 33 /632） in 2012. Conclusion The amount and quantity Chinese herbal medicine injection in our hospital increased markedly,and the irrational use of which was existed. Owing to more and more extensive application,the management of Chinese herbal medicine injection should be strengthened in order to ensure safety,effective,economic and rational in the process of using.
