摘要
笔者对配电网开关柜状态检测与状态评价的实施方式进行了初步探讨,建议对配网开关柜的状态检测分为抽样检测和状态监测两种方式。根据现有的状态检测手段,建议将状态评价分为整体性评价和个体性评价。整体性评价以抽样检测的结果为主要依据,而个体性评价的结果主要以状态监测的结果为主要参考。个体性评价的状态量主要包括基础资料、运行巡视、气体压力、红外测试及局部放电测试。广州地区的实施结果表明该评价方法具有较好的可操作性和可信性。
This paper presents a preliminary study of switchgear status detection and evaluation for distribution system, suggests that there are two ways which are sample detection and status monitoring for the switchgear status detection. According to current existing status detection methods, status evaluation can be divided into global evaluation and individual evaluation. Global evaluation is based on the results of the sample detection, and individual evaluation results take the status monitoring results as the primary reference. The status variables of the individual evaluation mainly include fundamental data, operation and patrol, gas pressure, infrared test, and partial discharge test. The application in Guangzhou proves the operability and reliability of this method.
