皮肤黏液癌一例

A case of cutaneous mucinous carcinoma

摘要 临床资料患者，女，78岁。主因右侧面部红色丘疹2年余，于2011年6月来我科就诊。患者2年前无意中发现右侧面颊处出现一米粒大红色丘疹，无自觉症状，也未进行任何诊治。近1年来皮损逐渐增大，并伴有接触后少量出血。患者既往有高血压、冠心病及心功能不全病史30余年，2型糖尿病史20年。1993年因“子宫出血”，行“子宫、卵巢切除术”：
