摘要
对 5 2例 (5 2眼 )儿童外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术的并发症进行观察讨论 ,随访 1～ 36月。结果表明术中首要并发症为晶体后囊破裂并玻璃体脱出 ,术后影响视力的主要并发症为晶体后囊混浊 ,占 5 5 8% ,并对并发症的发生原因及预防措施进行了深入地讨论。
cases(52 eyes) of children's traumatic cataract with Iol implantation were observed and followed up 1～36 months.Posterior capsular rupture and vitreous prolapse were the main intraoperative complications.Posterior capsular opacification was the main complication,accounting for 55.8%. Experience of managing various complications and their prophylactic was deeply discussed.
