摘要
目的 :提高肘内翻治疗水平降低其并发症和复发。方法 :对 2 1例肘内翻行肱骨髁上截骨 ,Fench法固定。结果 :本组 2 1例中优 17例 ,良 4例 ,平均随访 7年 3个月 ,疗效满意 ,无并发症或复发。结论 :这种内固定方法不损伤骨骺板 ,操作简便 ,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective:Severe cubitus varus may bring about inconvence inwalking, traumatic osteoarthritis and imbalance of muscle development and affect the mental health of the children.An operative treatment is thus introduced to correct the deformity. Method:make a suptalonow osteotomy of the humerus and french's fixation. Result:In this group,17 cases were excellent, four good.Satisfactory result was oblained with no recurrence or complication after an average follow up of seven years and three months.Conclusion:This internal fixation is a safe and effective treatment for it is conveninet in operating procedure and there is no possibility of injuring the epiphyseal plate.
