摘要
目的:研究冠脉宁片的制备工艺。方法:采用单因素试验对冠脉宁片中药材的粉碎、灭菌,煎煮次数,提取液的浓缩、干燥,干膏的成型以及薄膜包衣工艺进行优选,以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间为考察因素,以干浸膏得率、丹参素提取素为评价指标,采用正交试验对水提工艺进行优化。结果:冠脉宁片的制备工艺为冰片研细;葛根、乳香、没药、血竭、郁金、延胡索粉碎成细粉,过筛备用;丹参、鸡血藤、当归、制何首乌、桃仁、黄精、红花加水煎煮2次,第1次加10倍量水煎煮3h,第2次加8倍量水煎煮2h,滤过,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.25的稠膏,与上述葛根等细粉混合,真空干燥,粉碎成细粉,过80目筛,混匀,加80%乙醇适量制成软材,使用20目筛网制成颗粒,60℃干燥,加入冰片及硬脂酸镁1.5g,混匀,压片,包薄膜衣。结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为冠脉宁片的制备方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation technology of Guanmaining tablets. METHODS: The single factor test was used to optimize grinding and sterilization technology of medicinal materials, decocting times, concentration and drying technology, the forming of extract and film-coating technology. The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the water extraction conditions with the amount of water, soaking time and decocting time as factors using yield of extract and volume of tanshinol as index. RE- SULTS: The preparation technology of Guanmaining tablets was as follows: making borneol into fine powder; Radix Puerariae, Boswellia carteri, Commiphora myrrha, Sanguis Draconis, Curcuma aromatica, Rhizoma Corydalis were pounded into fine powder and filtered; Salviae miltiorrhizae, Millettia reticuiata, Angelica sinensis, Polygonum multiflorum Preparata, Semen Persicae, Po- lygonatum sibiricum and Carthamus tinctorius were decocted twice, filtered and mixed to concentrate into thick paste with relative density of 1.25: firstly, added 10-fold water, decocting for 3 h; secondly, added 8-fold water, decocting for 2 h. Thick paste was mixed with above prepared fine powder, and then was dried under vacuum and ground into f'me powder; sifting through a 80 mesh and blending; adding 80% ethanol to prepare soft material, making soft material into granule with 20 mesh, drying at 60 ~C, add- ing bomeol and magnesium stearate 1.Sg, blending, compressing, coating. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the preparation method of Guanmaining tablets.
