摘要 目的:探讨神经电生理检测在肘管综合征(cuTs)中的临床应用价值。方法:总结86例(88侧)CuTS患者(患者组)的临床神经电生理资料,并与30例(60侧)正常人(对照组)相关的电生理数据进行分析比较。结果:患者组共有19侧肢体在尺神经运动传导检测时未引出波形,有36侧肢体在尺神经感觉传导检测时未引出波形。尺神经运动传导速度肘上至肘下段为(34.56±6.27)m/s,复合肌肉动作电位潜伏期较对照组延长、波幅降低,感觉神经传导速度为(40.72±6.54)m/s,与对照组比较,差异均有极显著意义(P〈0.01)。结论:神经电生理检测为诊断CuTS的可靠手段,可早期确诊及精确定位尺神经受损的部位及损伤程度。为提高其敏感性及定位的准确性,在电生理检查方法上还需进一步探讨。 Objective:To investigate and evaluate the application of electroneurophysiological exammation to cubital tunnel syndrome (CUTS). Methods: The clinical and electrophysiological data of 86 cases with CuTS involving 88 upper limbs were collected. And the relative electro neurophysiological data of 60 healthy subjects were also collected. The data of EMG between the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results:The motor and sensory potentials could not be elicited in 19 and 36 of the 88 involved limbs, respectiv'ely. The average conduction velocity of the ulnar nerves decreased, with motor conduction velocity(MCV) from upper to lower elbows(34.56 ± 6.27)m/s and sensory conduction velocity (SCV)(40.72±6.54)m/s; the motor latency was prolonged and amplitude of motor action potential decreased. There was statistical difference between the patients with CuTS and the healthy controls(〈 0.01). Conelusion:Electroneurophysiologieal examination could provide reliable evidence for early diagnosis of CuTS and information for the exact location and degree of the ulnar nerve lesion.
