摘要
人才的发展离不开政策的支持。本文以北京、上海、浙江、广东、江苏这五个经济较发达地区的人才政策作为样本,在人才引进、人才培养、人才激励三个方面进行比较,分析五地人才政策的优点与不足,并对未来人才政策的制定提出了建议。
Talent policies support the development of talent resources. This paper choose the policies in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Jiangsu, which are the five developed regions in China as the comparison sample. We compare the polices in the following three aspects: talent introduction, talent training and talent motivation. In the process of comparing, we analysis advantages and disadvantages of the policies in the five cities. Finally this paper puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the new talent policies in the future.
