摘要
对贵州电网的多起SAS-550型电流互感器事故,通过现场检查、返厂解体、雷电侵入波相关性分析等手段进行探讨。检查发现电流互感器的玻璃绝缘筒内壁及电容屏外表面有放电痕迹,经分析是玻璃绝缘筒内部绝缘劣化而造成了绝缘击穿。该型电流互感器发生故障的现象及部位大体相同,导致事故多次发生的原因是产品设计和制造质量存在缺陷。
Aiming at the several accidents of SAS-550 type current transformer occurred in Guizhou Power Grid, investigations of the accidents are carried out in this paper through the on-site inspection, disintegration in manufactory and lightning intruding overvoltage analysis, and it proves that the defects in product design and workmanship are the main cause of the accidents.
