摘要
目的调查我国护理硕士研究生循证护理行为的现状及其影响因素。方法应用自行设计的护理硕士研究生循证护理问卷,对国内28所高校在读的512名全日制护理硕士研究生进行循证护理知识、态度、技能与行为现状的调查。结果护理硕士研究生的循证护理知识、态度、技能、行为得分分别为2.48±0.68、3.80±0.35、2.65±0.50、2.25±0.71,技能、培养方向、年龄、知识是循证护理行为的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理硕士研究生的循证护理知识及技能处于中等水平,对循证护理持积极的态度,但循证护理行为较少。高等院校应尽可能通过多种途径开展相关的循证护理教育,重视循证护理技能的培养,引导护理硕士研究生开展循证护理实践。
Objective To investigate evidence-based nursing behaviors among nursing graduate students, and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of 512 nursing graduate students from 28 universities were recruited and investigated in terms of evidence-based nursing knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors with self-designed questionnaire. Results The scores of evidencebased nursing knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors among nursing graduate students were 2.48 ± 0. 68, 3.80 ± 0. 35, 2.65 ± 0.50, and 2.25±0.72 respectively. The score of evidence-based nursing skills, training programs the students participated, the age groups they were in, the score of evidence-based nursing knowledge were the influencing factors of evidence-based nursing behaviors (P〈0.05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing knowledge, and skills among nursing graduate students were at medium level; they held positive attitudes toward evidence-based nursing whereas they were not frequently involved in evidence-based practice. Colleges and universities should provide evidence-based nursing education for nursing graduate students, pay attention to cultivation of evidence-based nursing skills, and guide them to carry out evidence-based nursing practice through a variety of ways.
