摘要
水轮机导叶两段关闭是抑制甩负荷时发电机组转速与水压升高的最经济有效的措施之一。传统的两段关闭装置管路复杂,渗漏点多,安装、调试十分不便,且其采用滑动活塞结构,容易造成活塞卡塞,出现拒动,威胁水电站安全运行。提出一种新型的两段关闭装置,采用独特的设计和标准的液压元件,克服了上述缺陷,实现了产品标准化,且成本大大降低。电站运行表明:该新型的两段关闭装置功能完善、安装调整方便、可靠性高。
The two-step closure of the turbine guide vane is one of the most economical and effective measures to suppress the rise of the speed of the generating unit and water pressure when load rejection occurs. The traditional two-step closing device has some problems, for instance, the pipe system is too complicated with many leaks, therefore inconvenient in insta llation and debugging. Besides, due to its sliding piston construction, piston blockages might easily occur to give rise to operation failures, which would threaten the safety operation of the hydropower plant. This paper presents a new type of two step closing device which adopts the unique design and standard hydraulic components. The new device overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings and helps to realize the product standardization and reduces the cost substantially. The actual operation experience of the hydropower plant shows that the two-step closure device is perfect in functions, simple and convenient in installation with high reliability.
