摘要
对列控中心进行危害识别是进行风险管理的基础环节,通过介绍国外铁路广泛应用的HAZOP方法,建立参考模型、功能模型分析和状态转移模型相结合,从不同角度对列控中心进行HAZOP分析,得出其危害日志表,为进行全生命周期的风险管理提供依据。
Hazard identification of the Train Control Center is one essential part of risk management.This paper introduces the HAZOP method which has been widely used in foreign railway.Through establishing a reference model and analyzing the functional model and the state transition model,we use HAZOP method to analyze the TCC from different view aspects in order to provide the basis for life cycle risk management.
