摘要
目的:探讨酪酸梭菌对早产儿喂养不耐受发生率及早期营养状况的影响。方法:选择我院2012年1月至2012年12月住院早产儿54例,随机分为研究组26例和对照组28例,研究组在早产儿常规治疗的基础上加用酪酸梭菌,比较两组早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率及营养指标。结果:早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率研究组为19.2%(5/26),对照组为46.4%(13/28),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组体重开始增长日龄、恢复出生体重日龄、开奶日龄、经胃肠热卡达336 kJ.(kg.d)-1日龄、达全胃肠道喂养日龄、黄疸持续时间及住院天数差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:酪酸梭菌能降低早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率,改善早产儿的营养状况,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective: To study the effects of Clostridium Butyricum on the incidence and early nutrition condition of preterm infants feeding intolerance.Methods: Fifty-four premature infants in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into study group(n = 26) and control group(n = 28).On the basis of positive treatment,the study group was given the Clostridium Butyricum meanwhile the incidence and nutrition index of preterm infants feeding intolerance were compared in each group.Results: The incidence of preterm infants feeding intolerance in the study group was lower than that in the control group(19.2 vs 46.4,P 0.05).There were significant difference in the time of body weight gain,to regain birth weight,to start feeding,the time that daily calorie intakes reached 336 kJ.(kg.d)-1,the time to reach full enteral nutrition,persistence time of jaundice and the hospitalized days in study and control groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:Clostridium Butyricum can decrease the incidence of preterm infants feeding intolerance,improve the nutrition condition of preterm infants.It was safe and effective,so is deserved to be introduced in basic hospital.
