摘要
目的通过问卷调查了解现代护理人才应该具备的最重要的职业能力,根据调查结果对《正常人体功能》课程进行改革。方法分别对教师、学生、临床从业人员进行问卷调查,数据使用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果3个群体均认为:对于护理专业学生来说,医学基础知识和护理学专业知识最重要;应该具备的基本职业素质是专业素质和心理素质。对最重要职业能力的评价除均认为临床应用能力最重要外,教师更关注终身学习能力,学生和临床从业人员更偏向人际沟通能力。结论通过整合教学内容、改进教学方法、改变实验内容、开展第二课堂的方法对《正常人体功能》课程进行改革,以便逐步培养学生应该具备的各种职业能力。
Objective To understand that the modern nursing personnel should possess most important professional ability through the questionnaire survey,and to reform the course of Normal Body Function according to the survey results.Methods The questionnaire survey was performed on the teachers,students and clinical practitioners respectively.The survey data were analyzed by the SPSS17.0 statistical software and the chi-square test.Results Three groups all thought that the basic medical knowledge and the nursing expertise were most important for nursing students;the professional quality and psychological quality were the basic occupational quality;while for the most important occupational ability,teachers concerned more about life-long learning ability,students and clinical practitioners paid more attention to communication ability.Conclusion It is necessary to gradually cultivate the nursing students to possess various professional abilities by reforming the course of Normal Body Function through integrating teaching contents,improving teaching methods,changing the experimental contents and developing the second class.
