重症急性胰腺炎的死亡危险因素研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 急性胰腺炎作为消化系统常见的急腹症,20%~30%可能发展为重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)[1],后者因具有严重的胰腺局部病变及全身多器官功能障碍有着较高的病死率,引起了医学界的广泛关注,一直是外科诊治研究的热点。研究表明[2],SAP急性反应期是全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)的高发阶段,并可能进一步出现包括肺、心、肝、肾及循环系统等脏器、系统的损伤,甚至衰竭而致患者死亡。目前对于SAP的治疗本身就是一个难点,总结加重SAP的危险因素对于降低其病死率,改善其预后有着重要的作用。
