摘要
学风建设是独立学院自身建设的一个重要方面,本文分析了独立学院与公办本科院校学生之间的差异、学风建设存在的问题及影响因素并提出了一些加强学风建设的对策。学风是一所大学的气质和灵魂,也是一所大学的立校之本。独立学院的学风建设直接关系到独立学院培养人才的质量高低,将最终决定独立学院在市场经济中的生存能力和竞争能力。加强学风建设是独立学院完成高等教育在新时期提高教育教学质量、培养创新型高素质人才的需要,是独立学院实现又好又快可持续发展的需要,是独立学院办好人民满意教育的需要。
Study style construction is an important part of independent colleges＂ self construction. This article analyzes the difference between students of independent colleges and public universities and the problems in study style construction and influencing factors. Countermeasures for strengthening study style construction are put forward. Study style is the temperament and soul of a college, and is also the foundation of a college. The study style construction of independent colleges has direct influence on the quality of independent college talents and will finally determine the survival ability and competitive ability of independent colleges. Strengthening study style construction is necessary for independent colleges to complete higher education, to improve education quality and to cultivate innovative high quality talents in the new era. It is also necessary for independent colleges to achieve sound and fast and sustainable development and to make sure that the education can meet people＇s need.
