摘要
从根本而言风电场工程的安全评议方式及验收管理系统软件主要是通过3个子系统予以构成,分别就安全评价在线申报验收及半自动化编制评价报告与评价信息数据库管理三个层面进行了实现,该系统良性吻合了市场基本模式,便于我国风电场工程建设安全现状评价及控制监督工作展开,极好的规范了电厂工程的秩序化发展。
Fundamentally, the safety assessment ways and the acceptance management system software of wind farm project is consist of three subsystems, it realizes the safety assessment from three aspects of online applying acceptance, semi-automatic prepare evaluation report and evaluation information database management. The system matches the market basic pattern, makes it easier for safety evaluation of wind power project construction of China, and supervision and control; it excellently norms the orderly development of power plant project.
