赛庚啶对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马DND的影响

摘要 目的 :赛庚啶对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马DND的影响。方法 :在沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血模型上应用 5 -HT2 受体拮抗剂赛庚啶、观察其对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马CA1区DND的影响。结果 :沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎 5分钟再灌 7天模型 ,与对照组相比 ,赛良啶能明显增加海马CA1区存活神经元数 ,分别为 84 72± 87 31/mm和 16 8 79± 6 2 5 0 /mm(P <0 0 1)。结论 :提示 5 -HT2受体拮抗剂赛庚啶能明显对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血后海马CA1区DND有保护作用。 Objective:To study the effect of cyproheptadine(CYP) on delayed neuronal death (DND)in hippocampus CA 1 sector neurons.Methods:Using transient brain ischemia model in gerbils.Results:DND in hippocampus CA 1 sector in gerbils subjected to 5 minutes ischemia following 7 days reperfusion was abated by CYP.The neuronal number of CYP treatment groups was 168.79±62.50/mm,While NS group was 84.72±87 31/mm( P <0 01) Conclusion:CYP plays an important role in the development of DND after transient brain ischemia in gerbils,and have obvious protective effects on DND in hippo campus.
