摘要
目的 辛伐他汀胶囊含量测定方法的改进。方法 一阶导数分光光度法。结果 辛伐他汀的峰和谷分别为 2 2 4.0 0nm和 2 5 0 .0 0nm。相同条件下辅料在 2 6 2~ 2 47.0nm之间无吸收。在 4.0~ 12 .0 μg·ml- 1 范围内D值与浓度呈良好线性关系。
OBJECTIVE To improve an assay for the quantitative determination of simvastatin capsules.METHODS First derivative spectophotometry was used.RESULTS There was absorption peak and trough of simvastation at 224.0 nm and 250.0 nm,respectively,but no absorption for excipients over 260.0~247.0 nm.A linear correlation was obtained over the range of 4.0~12.0 μg·ml -1 of simvastatin.CONCLUSION The method can replace the HPLC method in the quantitative determination of simvastatin capsules.
