摘要
随着网络经济和电子商务的兴起,快递业面对着巨大的发展机遇。由于较低的准入门槛,中国快递企业的数目急速增加。无序的竞争使得整个快递行业面对着严重的诚信危机。本文系统地分析了快递行业的现状,指出了发展过程中所面临的问题,从而挖掘出阻碍快递业发展的内外部因素。文中从国家和企业两个角度提出了构建诚信体系的策略,为未来快递业的良好发展提供了理论基础。因此,构建诚信体系,为企业创造一个良好的外部环境刻不容缓。
With the rise of the network economy and e-commerce,the express industry is facing enormous opportunities for development.Due to the low barriers to entry,the number of China's express delivery companies is rapidly increasing.Disorderly competition in the express industry confronted serious credibility crisis.Here is a systematic analysis of the status of the express industry which points out some problems faced with the process of development,digging out the various factors of hindering the development of the express industry.Writers put forward the strategies of building a credit system basing on the angles of the government and enterprises,providing atheoretical base for the better development of the future express industry.Therefore,it is no time to delay for enterprises to build a credit system and create a favorable external environment.
