摘要
以仙蠡桥水利枢纽工程的仓库为例,根据管理意图,利用先进技术和合适的管理程序,合理规划使用仓库,盘活资产,实现资源共享,杜绝浪费,提高仓库管理工作的效率。同时对相应的软件设施在仓库管理中的应用作了初步地设想,提出仓库管理现代化是工程管理中的重要组成部分。
The xianliqiao hydro-junction engineering warehouse as an example,according to the management of meaning,the use of advanced technology and appropriate management program,reasonable planning the use of warehouse,make an inventory of assets,realize the sharing of resources,eliminate waste,improve the efficiency of warehouse management.The application of the corresponding software facilities in the management of warehouse made preliminary conception,put forward the modern warehouse management is an important part of project management.
