激素类化合物对南方根结线虫防治效果及番茄生长的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Hormone Compounds on Controlling Root-Knot Nematode and Plant Growth

摘要 通过采用不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)对接种线虫2d后的番茄进行浸根24h处理,然后对其盆栽45d后对植物长势影响及温室防效进行测定。对番茄生长的影响结果表明:6 mg.L-1NAA和6 mg.L-16-BA处理对寄主植物具有明显的促进效果,并且株高、地上部分鲜重、根鲜重、根长与CK相比均呈现极显著的差异,其中6 mg.L-1NAA分别提高76.94%、80.30%、84.36%和75.53%,6 mg.L-16-BA分别提高68.47%、73.76%、68.56%和68.87%。对南方根结线虫温室防效及根结数的影响结果表明:10 mg.L-1NAA和10 mg.L-16-BA对南方根结线虫防治效果较好,分别达到39.97%和34.64%,并且对根结的形成有抑制作用。 Different concentrations of the 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) solution were provided to tomato seedlings as root-dip two day after inoculation with the root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne ineognita, and then effects on controlling tomato root-knot nematode and tomato plants growth were determined after potted 45d. The result of testing influence on plant growth showed that 6 mg.L-1 NAA, 6 mg.L-1 6-BA havd a significant role in promoting the plant growth, plant height, fresh weight of shoot, fresh weight of root, root length, and there was a significant difference with CK, 6 mg.L-1 NAA were increased by 76.94%, 80.30%, 84.36% and 75.53%, respectively,6 mg.L-1 6-BA were increased by 68.47%, 73.76%, 68.56% and 68.87%, respectively. The result of tested BA had higher control effect on tomato inhibition of galls. greenhouse control effect, number of galls root-knot nematode, with control effect showed that 10mg.L-1 NAA,10 mg.L-1 6- of 39.97% and 34.64%, respectively, and
