摘要
介绍了宣钢炼铁厂360 m2烧结机湿法脱硫系统的工艺流程。针对系统运行中遇到的设备腐蚀和磨损、烟气流速过低、废水中氯离子浓度过高等问题,提出了改进措施,实现了烧结机的平稳运行,烟气各项指标达到了国家环保局的排放标准。
It is introduced the process flow of wet desulphurization system of 360 m2 sintering machine in Ironworks of Xuan Steel.Some improving measures are proposed to solve the problems in operation of the system： equipments corrosion and abrasion,gas speed too low,too high concentration of chlorine ion in waste water.With those measures the steady operation of sintering machine realized,various indexes of gas reached to the discharge standards of State Environmental Protection Administration.
