摘要
目的探讨经腹部及经阴道彩超在诊断异位妊娠中的应用价值。方法对临床确诊的异位妊娠患者85例应用经腹部和经阴道彩超检查。结果经腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠的符合率为58%,经阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠的符合率为92%,两种方法比较,差异有统计学意义。结论在诊断异位妊娠方面,经阴道彩超与经腹部彩超比较具有明显优势,使异位妊娠的诊断率得以提高,在临床中应用价值较高。
Objective To evaluate transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy application value.Methods Clinically diagnosed 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography examination.Results Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasonography in line with the rate is 58%,diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography in line with the rate is 89%.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography with transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has obvious advantages,making the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate can be improved,with a higher value in the clinic.
