摘要
为了应对金融危机,使企业获得更高利润率,企业都在加快转型升级。全面发展"智慧旅游"项目,充分利用信息、科技、文化增加旅游业的附加值,助力产业升级。在智慧旅游建设背景下,各地逐步开展智慧旅行社的建设,而旅行社信息化建设基础是开展智慧旅行社建设的有力保障。因此,本研究以佛山市为例研究区域旅行社的信息化现状,通过发放调查问卷、个别访谈方式对佛山旅行社信息化基础设施、信息化机构设置、网站建设情况、日常办公网络信息技术应用情况开展调查,摸清旅行社信息化的底细,为佛山市开展智慧旅行社建设提供参考建议。研究结果表明:佛山市旅行社信息化具有良好的宏观环境,旅行社信息化基础设施较完善,旅行社信息化机构设置多样化,信息化专业技术人员不足,旅行社信息系统应用形式多样化,应用层次水平中等,旅行社网站建设数量较多,网站语言版本以中文为主,旅行社网站建设与维护方式各异,以自建自管为主,旅行社网站业务以发布旅游咨询与线路介绍为主,旅行社网站更新不及时,信息滞后,旅行社网站建设目标以产品宣传为主,目标实现效果较好,投入产出效果良好。佛山市旅行社信息化总体水平不错,但信息化发展不平衡,国际旅行社、大型旅行社信息化水平较高,国内旅行社、中小型旅行社在信息化方面相对滞后,信息化水平有待提高。
The companies are speeding up the transformation and upgrading in order to deal with the financial crisis and enable enterprises to achieve higher profit margins.We should comprehensively develop the "smarter tourism" and make full use of information,technology and culture to increase the added value of tourism and boost industrial upgrading.Under the background of the "smarter tourism",the constructions of smarter travel agency have been gradually carried out.The foundation of travel agency information construction is the strong protection of the construction of smarter travel agency.In this paper we investigated the information infrastructure,information technology agency institutions settings,and website construction by the means of questionnaires and individual interviews.The survey results showed that: there are good macro environment for travel agencies' information;the travel agencies' information technology infrastructure is good,the information institutions settings of travel agencies are diversification,but there are lack of the information technology professional and technical staff.The travel agency information system applications are in various,but are with the intermediate level.There are large numbers of websites of travel agency,all in the language version of Chinese,little in English.The website construction and maintenance are different,but mostly by the self-management.The main functions of the website are tour line introduction and tourism information.The website updates not in timely manner,with information lag.The main purpose of website is product promotions;it achieves good,with good input and output result.The information level of travel agency in Foshan is good,but with the uneven development.The international and large travel agencies are higher level of information technology,but the domestic and small and medium-sized travel agencies are lagging behind the level,it need to be improved.At last,some suggestions for the travel agencies' information construction have been
