摘要
理论上PVDF的熔点与分解温度相差较大,加工范围宽,热稳定性高,具有良好的成型加工性,通常可用模压、挤出、注塑、浇铸等成型方法加工。但由于实际加工过程中应考虑其成型温度高、导热较差、不同牌号的PVDF热稳定性差异等因素,以避免成型加工过程中高温而分解。本文介绍了PVDF的热稳定性测定方法,同时对影响其热稳定性的因素进行了分析。
In theory, the difference of melting point and decomposition temperature of PVDF is large. So its wide processing range and high thermal stability lead to its good processability, which usually suitable for molding, extrusion, injection molding and casting molding methods [1]. But in practical processing, its high molding temperature, poor heat conduction, poor con- sistency of thermal stability between the different types of products should be considered to avoid decomposition at high molding temperature. The method for determination of the thermal stabili- ty of PVDF was introduced,and the influence factors of thermal stability were analyzed.
