皮肤恶性淋巴瘤的分类:近代提案的分析和评价 被引量：10

摘要 对皮肤恶性淋巴瘤(CML)的EORTC分类、恶性淋巴瘤(ML)的REAL分类、WHO分类建议以及修正kiel分类和工作规范分析比较，指出RORTC的原发性CML的分类系根据DCLWG积累626例的资料，提供了有关临床、治疗和预后的经验，取得了较重要的进展，但不足之处系基于器官特异性分类，可妨碍对侵犯多个解剖部位的ML的共同特点的认识，引起命名的紊乱而造成不适当的治疗。寻求相互沟通、包括所有ML、适合临床应用的标准国际性分类，对诊治ML至为重要。
