摘要
为了进一步了解目前流行性乙型脑炎 (乙脑 )灭活疫苗的免疫接种反应 ,在江苏省和上海市对 182 40 6接种人次进行了前瞻性调查。结果显示 ,乙脑灭活疫苗的一般接种反应发生率为 3 68% ,异常反应发生率为 2 0 96/ 10万～ 2 3 0 1/ 10万 ;主要临床表现以全身性过敏性皮疹反应为主 ;大年龄组的接种反应发生率明显高于小年龄组 ,有过敏史的对象接种易引发严重的接种反应。因此 ,要改善乙脑灭活疫苗的免疫接种反应状况 ,除了应提高疫苗的质量外 ,在实施免疫接种时应严格执行卫生部 1998年颁发的乙脑灭活疫苗免疫接种程序 ,以减少该疫苗的免疫接种反应。
We made a study on immunization reaction of the inactivated JBE vaccine in Jiangsu Nanjing and Shanghai areas in 182,406 children. The study showed that the reaction rate was 3.68% in general and 20.96/100,000～23.01/100,000 in particular. The major clinical symptom was systemic hypersensitive rash, that was accorded with the report before. The reaction rate in elder group was obviously higher than that in younger groups, in the objects with hypersensitive records the reaction can be induced easily, and may be serious. For this reason, besides improving the quality of the vaccine, it is imperative to execute rigorously the immunization program issued by the Ministry of Health to reduce the side effect of the vaccine.
