摘要 某地下矿山采用充填采矿法进行开采,由于矿山扩大生产规模,且现有充填系统工艺老化、充填倍线过大,需要新建充填系统,因此需要根据采矿规模进行充填系统设计。首先根据计算的充填能力进行充填管径计算,然后根据计算结果选择充填管道型号,并对选择的充填管道的充填能力进行校核。经过生产实践检验,所选管径能够满足生产需要。 An underground mine is excavated with cut and fill stoping method. Due to the expansion of produc- tion scale, the aging of the filling system and the oversize of stowing gradient, the present filling system can not serve the production and another new filling system needs to be built. The new filling system should be designed ac- cording to the present production scale. Firstly, the diameter of filling pipe is determined based on the filling capaci- ty. Secondly, the type of filling pipe is selected according the specified diameter, And at last, the filling capacity of the selected pipe is checked to ensure that the newly designed system can serve the present production. Through production practice, the selected diameter can meet the needs of production.
