摘要
目的从中药药性组合的概念出发,探索"老药"抗癌新作用,为"老药新用"提供中医药理论指导下的新方法与新思路。方法以气阴两虚型肺癌为例,通过分析中医抗肺癌的治则治法,依据功效-药性组合关系,整理出中医抗肺癌所需要的药性组合模式,筛选符合此标准的化学药,预测其具有抗癌作用。结果筛选出符合益气、养阴药性组合模式的15种化学药,其中2种是临床使用的抗癌药,另有4种非抗癌化学药物具有抗癌作用。结论基于药性组合模式发现"老药"抗癌作用的方法具有一定的可靠性,对于"老药新用"的研发具有指导意义。
Objective To explore the anti-cancer function of old drugs from the perspective of the concept of Chinese herbal nature combination,and provide method and a new thinking style for the new function discovery from old drugs under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods Using lung cancer with qi and yin deficiency as the example,the therapeutic principles of TCM anti-lung cancer treatment were analyzed and Chinese herbal nature combination patterns（CHNCP） for cancer treatment were extracted based on the relationship between function and Chinese herbal nature combination.The chemical medicines were re-screened with the cancer CHNCP and the candidates were identified.Results The therapeutic principle of TCM anti-lung cancer treatment is invigorating qi and nourishing yin.Fifteen chemical medicines were identified as the anti-cancer candidates,including 2 anti-cancer drugs being used in clinics and 4 drugs having the anti-cancer activity.Conclusion The method for finding the anti-cancer function of old drugs based on the Chinese herbal nature combination is feasiable,which provide new clues for application of old drugs.
