STOP-2试验:抗高血压治疗的关键是有效地降低血压 被引量：10

摘要 今年1月12～14日,瑞典Lindholm教授来华讲学,在广州、上海和北京介绍了STOP-2试验的结果。本文结合Lind-holm教授的讲课内容和有关文献,将STOP-2试验的主要内容及临床意义介绍如下: STOP-2试验即“第二次瑞典老年高血压患者试验”,是STOP试验的继续。STOP试验是一项多中心随机双盲研究,1627例70～84岁的老年高血压患者(收缩压180～230mmHg,或舒张压105～120mmHg)随机分组,接受抗高血压药物或安慰剂治疗。抗高血压药物包括阿替洛尔、美托洛尔。
