摘要 根据变导程螺旋线的展开图,设定弧度变量,已知与其中任意两个方向的变量关系,设定第三个方向的方程组,求出与第三方向的变量关系,得出变导程螺旋线的简易参数方程。利用CAXA制造工程师的公式曲线功能和已推导的简易参数方程对变导程螺旋线进行计算机辅助设计造型。运用数控机床宏程序的手工编程方法设定出变导程螺旋线的角度变量、起始导程、每齿导程增量、加工深度的变量表达式,编制出数控铣四轴变导程螺旋线的变量程序。 The third direction of equations was set by expanded view of variable lead helix, and the radians variable was set as and the variable relationship between and any two directions was known.Sim- ple parametric equations variable lead helix was draw by relationship between and the third direction. Variable lead helix was designed by formula curve function of computer aided software CAXA and simple parametric equation was deduced.Angle variable, starting from the lead,lead per tooth increment and ma- chining depth of variable lead helix was set by manual programming methods of CNC machine macro tools. Then,variable program of variable lead helix in four-axis NC milling was produced.
