摘要
8622H系美国AISI标准钢种,主要应用于制造各种重型汽车、重型挖掘机、重型吊车及其他重型机械的传动齿轮。南京钢铁联合有限公司采用电炉-LF精炼炉-VD真空炉-320mm×480mm连铸工艺流程,制定了合理的内控成分,并强化电炉终点控制、LF铝脱氧造白渣、低过热度全保护浇铸等关键生产工艺,开发生产了8622H齿轮钢,钢材性能达到纯净度高、组织均匀和淬透性带窄的高质量水平。
SAE8620H steel was introduced {rom the American AISI standard. It was mainly applied on the gear of heavy automobile, digger, crane and other machinery. 8622H gear steel is produced by the EAF--LF(VD) refining--320 minx 480 mm continuous casting--hot rolling process at Nanjing Iron and Steel United Co. , Ltd. The rational inner controlling has been formulated, as well as the key processes of the EAF end-point control, deoxidization for producing the white slag in LF and casting with all protection at the low overheating temperature etc. have been strengthened. The 8622H steel presented by the paper has high cleanness, uniform microstructure and narrow bandwidth of quenching degree.
